Return and Exchange Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your BOOB LOOB self check shower gel purchase you may return/exchange it under the following conditions:
- Must be returned within 7 days of receipt;
- The product must be as new, i.e. unused and undamaged.
- Email: email@example.com with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
- You will then be advised of the postal address and a return method.
Please note we are unable to refund postage/shipping and handling of products. Although each bottle of BOOB LOOB has received a high level of quality control, in the rare instance that the product is faulty, we will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. Please advise via email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return any faulty goods.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item, if it is delivered as ordered, it is not faulty, and the goods are as pictured on the web site. We will use our discretion and assist customers where able.

BOOB LOOB will deliver to your preferred address however please take careful note of the following:
Your goods will be sent with Australia Post.
If you are unable to receive the goods, or are unwilling to give authority for the goods to be left at your risk, or the premises does not have access when you are not at home, then please provide an alternative or work address where the goods can be delivered in normal working hours.

Ebay, Auction and Online Sites Policy
BOOB LOOB products may not, without the prior written consent of BOOB LOOB Pty Ltd be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a BOOB LOOB product is sold in breach of this condition, its warranty may be cancelled and the bearer of the item may be refused a refund for any defect. All stockists must be approved by BOOB LOOB Pty Ltd
No returns, refunds or exchanges can be made on any BOOB LOOB product that is not purchased from an approved reseller of BOOB LOOB Pty Ltd or that has been purchased from Ebay or an Auction site.
All copyright, design rights and intellectual property rights existing in our design and products and in the images, text and design of this website / marketing material are and will remain the property of BOOB LOOB Pty Ltd.
